El restaurante de alta calidad de la carne, cuyo menú es similar al menú de la mayoría de los restaurantes de carnes de calidad en el mundo, pero una ventaja especial de Brewhouse es una carne de alta calidad y el aroma de la cerveza fresca.
Especialidades del restaurante: gran filete de canica sazonado, salchichas cocidas en una cama de chucrut y puré de patatas y jugosa hamburguesa, preytsl (rosquilla) con piezas kornbif y asado.
ambiente especial para la juventud, de diseño cálido y acogedor, cerca de las mesas de comedor están enormes cubas de cobre en las queespuma cerveza fresca en vivo, creada en la base de agua de manantial.
En Brewhouse en el Golán se pueden llevar a cabo diversas actividades con las comidas kosher (hasta 140 personas).
El restaurante está abierto todos los días desde las 11:30 hasta el último visitante.
Golan Brewery – de lunes a viernes (con cita previa) realiza la degustación, las excursiones para grupos. Los visitantes podrán aprender sobre el fascinante proceso de elaboración de la cerveza y degustación de cerveza de basalto de 4 variedades:
* El basalto Pilsner – variedad de cerveza ligera lager, tiene un pronunciado sabor de lúpulo y dulzor de la malta ligera. 4,9% de alcohol.
* El basalto de color ámbar – nublada (turbia) cerveza de color rojizo, el equilibrio perfecto de la amargura y sabor afrutado. 6,4% de alcohol.
