Fitzroy -young chef restaurant with bar atmosphere and a lot of dominant facade . The intention of the people behind the restaurant was to create a different and unique experience trough the special menu and entertainment which integrates with the stunning location by the sea.
Chef Roy Gancholla (formerly Raphael, Herbert Samuel, Kalamata, Mul-Yam) Chose to base on fresh and local ingredients combined withmodern cooking techniques. The menu is divided into 4 classes: Raw, Hand-made- self-prepared pastas, fish and meat. The intention is to give the diners different options, either to share several small portions with a sunset cocktail or a full meal with a nice bottle of wine.
