This is the concept of Nahman restaurant, thanks to the winning location – the Music Square.
On the one hand: A kosher Italian experience
Nahman takes care of you throughout the day with a dairy menu, which also includes vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes. Jumpstart your day with tasty morning treats or brunch meals served until 16:00: shakshuka, spinach and cheese pastries, eggs Benedict and more. Business is served between 11:00 and 16:00.
As the evening approaches, the pace rises and the tabun heats up. It is time to savor excellent Italian inspired dishes. Try handmade pasta, homemade pizza, antipasti with seasonal vegetables, fresh fish, velvety risotto and of course Italian desserts. All, Rachel Dabah’s, chef and owner, creations who showcases her Italian roots and her experience she acquired from the Jerusalem restaurants (Pips and Rashela).
