   Chef and owner of the restaurant Niko has always been passionate about the sea and fishing. 13 years ago he came up with a dream to open his own fish restaurant where he could show his endless love for seafood and culinary. Though he was constantly told that there was no chance to succeed with such an idea he hasn’t ever given up on his passion. And finally, his long awaited dream came true at the southern entrance to Haifa on HaHagana Ave where the new delicious eatery was spawned. 

   While Niko creates culinary masterpieces in the kitchen, his wife Sausan, namely his chief assistant, runs the restaurant. Sausan’s duties include overseeing, coordinating, organizing and assessing all day to day activities at the restaurant, and Niko is in charge of supervising the preparation of fresh and tasty food and ensuring its highest quality. Knowing how to choose fresh seafood is a vital skill for a seafood cook, this is especially true about Niko, as his goal is to guarantee mouth watering taste with freshness in every bite. For his dishes he uses only the freshest ingredients and only today’s catch fish.

  “Good service starts with a smile, but apart from smiling staff, customers also appreciate quality and quantity of food. We have both”, Sausan says.
