BUTCHERY DE BARILOCHE (Tel Aviv)

 

Bariloche is a small town in the Argentinean Province Patagonia. The entire economy of Bariloche resides on the four whales: meat, wine, chocolate, and ice-cream. These very four things made this essentially not remarkable Argentinean country town famous for the whole world!
And, finally, Butchery de Bariloche presents this magnificent quartet in the culinary capital of Israel, Tel Aviv.
Once you come in, you will notice blocks of Argentinean chocolate which will sugar your way to glasses of wine poured from the wine cask placed right in the restaurant.
When you make yourselves comfortable in a cozy room that we created for you, you may come over to our meat counter, get detailed explanations, and decide on which dishes of our varieties of meat you would like to taste, with or without fat, 200 g or 500 g, more or less cured, and so on. It is up to you to make your choice!
We marinate and cure various types of meat to bring it to perfection, combining knowledge and expertise to satisfy our guests.
Please, enjoy delicate cask wine provided by Tishbi Winery and premium wines from Mendoza, Argentina. They are placed on tables in carafes. Of course, you cannot finish your meal without trying various specialty desserts we cook in the confectionary of our restaurant, and ice-cream made according to the authentic recipes of Bariloche.
